About me

As a transactional analysis psychotherapist I help people gain greater self-understanding as a way of working through problems and difficulties. Understanding thoughts, feelings, beliefs and the impact of life experiences can be transformative and achievable in longer-term work. Shorter-term work of a few weeks or months can focus on alleviating problems or difficult feelings that interfere with living lifestyle in the way desired. I have many years experience of working in these ways and in addition to being a psychotherapist am also a supervisor. I am based in Manchester in the UK and am passionate about the potential for a changed life experience that psychotherapy can offer. I have specific training in online therapy and my training as a transactional analysis psychotherapy means that I have completed 4 years of training at Level 7 and am committed to ongoing professional development including regular supervision.
