About me

Perhaps you are experiencing problems in your relationships, anxiety or panic attacks, low mood or depression. You might be struggling at work, have low self esteem, lack self confidence or be grieving the loss of a relationship or loved one. Many people face difficulties in their everyday lives that can be hard to get on top of. Counselling can give you the support and space you need to help you gain a better understanding of what’s causing your problems and how you can move towards managing or resolving them. I am a fully qualified and registered counsellor and I have had my own practice since 2010. I am also a qualified relationship & couples counsellor. In 2015 I trained as an online therapist with the Online Therapy Institute and I have been offering a successful online service since then. I am open and flexible in my approach, preferring to tailor our sessions to your needs rather than working to a set formula. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship we manage to create together so that you can achieve the changes you need. Feel free to arrange an initial chat either by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.
