Leasa LangridgeIntegrative counsellor
Covid 19 update: I am currently offering online video sessions via Zoom or over the telephone.
Choosing a counsellor can be daunting, so I offer a low cost introductory session for you to come and meet with me either face to face or over via video session and ask any questions you may have to help you decide if its right for you.
Coming for counselling is your opportunity to talk things over in confidence and safety in a way that is not always possible with family or friends. It is an opportunity to give yourself the time and space you need to explore your feelings and work towards improving your well-being, with my support and without feeling judged.
There is no set formula for counselling and it is always up to you what you choose to focus on in each session. You will not be asked to do or talk about anything you may feel uncomfortable with. I can offer support with a range of issues including relationship issues, anxiety & depression, low self esteem, anger management, bereavement and issues with addictions. I offer both individual and couples counselling.
I work from private and comfortable consulting rooms in Keymer Rd, Hassocks and also at Sussex Osteopath & Complimentary Health Clinic in Hurstpierpoint, just a short distance from Burgess Hill & Haywards Heath.
I am a fully qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I draw from a range of Humanistic therapies including Person-Centred, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis to find the best way of working for you and with you, as an individual.
I also offer online therapy via Zoom and am a member of Association for Counselling & Therapy Online.
I offer both short term and long term counselling to individuals and couples, depending on your needs.
Please visit my website for further information on how I work and how counselling can benefit you.
