Leah Jung, I’m a qualified hypnotherapist and Integral eye movement therapy practitioner I’m also a fitness and Pilates instructor, childrens fitness instructor, beautician, I coach clients in personal training with nutrition and fitness which helps clients to get to their goals and achieve it. I enjoy helping clients in Hypnotherapy relaxation sessions either a suggestion or analysis treatment, both making a decision choosing the best treatment for them, all hypnotherapy relaxation techniques is different for each client and specially designed for the clients needs, I treat building confidence, bullying, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, sleep, nail bitting, exams, weight lost, bed wetting and just for pure relaxation and many more symptoms clients may have. I do free consultation with a relaxation induction zoom to try before making a decision to go ahead. I would always say to clients that they need to be 100% that they want the Hypnotherapy treatment and not to have doubts, as if they do then it may not work for them, as it doesn’t work for everyone. 

I also do some free group hypnotherapy on zoom, for just pure relaxation and sometimes for confidence building, I work in a clinic space to be you in Hackney.
