Hi, I'm Maria. I'm a UKCP accredited psychotherapist working online and from my beautiful therapy rooms in Marylebone and Paddington. My approach is depth-oriented, integrative, somatic, and creative. This is ideal if you want to understand the unconscious forces shaping your life and make meaningful, lasting change. I work relationally and collaboratively, finding a pace that suits you and what you'd like to achieve in therapy. Our work may include dreamwork, guided visualisations, parts work, and trauma-informed embodiment practices that cultivate safety, clarity, and authenticity. Many of my clients are creatively minded or neurodivergent (ADHD/AuDHD), often navigating shifts in their identity, career turning points, relationships breakdowns, spiritual openings, or significant inner transitions that call for depth and alignment with their true selves. I see a limited number of clients for weekly, long-term work–this is ideal for those ready to invest in their inner life and commit to a process of profound transformation.
