'To dare to be aware of the facts of the universe in which we are existing calls for courage ' - Wilfred Bion, Psychotherapist
I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor who has worked in the Public sector and Private practice with individuals, trainee psychotherapists ; counsellors; dance movement psychotherapists; groups and organisations for 20 years.
If you are feeling stuck with painful & difficult feelings; find yourself repeating destructive patterns of behaviour or have recently experienced a loss and emotions that you do not understand, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space in which we can think together to enable you to know yourself better and make positive changes to live a freer and more fulfilled life.
As well as individual therapy, for the past ten years I have also provided training to organisations accredited by the Association for Psychodynamic practice and Counselling in Organisational Settings. This training enables organisations to think about Mental Health in the workplace.
Training already provided has been Attachment and Loss; Self Esteem; Anxiety in the Workplace, but can be tailor-made to suit your organisation.
At my private practice in Brockley I offer group workshops for people in south east London to come together to explore thinking therapeutically and creatively.
