About me

Navigating life as a young adult or early-career professional brings unique pressures. On the surface, you might look like you are coping well. You are working hard, meeting deadlines, and keeping it all together. But underneath, you may feel exhausted, anxious, or worried that you aren't 'good enough.' I offer a space where you can stop the performance. My goal is to help you understand the patterns driving your burnout or self-doubt. This allows you to move from simply 'managing' to feeling genuinely confident in who you are. I have over 8 years of experience in university and international settings. I specialize in the unique challenges of life transitions, whether that is starting a new career, navigating university, or reassessing your path. If you struggle with 'imposter syndrome' or perfectionism, I can help you build self-worth that isn't dependent on what others think. My sessions are practical and collaborative. We will work together to make sense of the patterns that might be keeping you stuck. I keep the process clear and transparent, so you always know what we are focusing on and why.
