About me

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about yourself, therapy can be a space to untangle difficult thoughts and emotions, and to gently explore new ways of being. I work integratively, drawing on Humanistic approaches including Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt therapy. This means I tailor the work to your unique story – while always holding the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I have a particular interest in supporting young adults who are struggling with social anxiety or finding their way through long-term low mood and depression. These experiences can often leave people feeling disconnected or unsure of themselves, and I see therapy as a space to begin rebuilding confidence, connection, and a sense of direction. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I aim to offer a relationship where you can start to make sense of things, reconnect with your strengths, and move towards what matters most to you.
