Jez Taylor
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
Welcome to my profile. I am a dedicated therapist with expertise in assisting individuals facing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress. I firmly believe in the inherent capacity for healing and personal growth within each individual. As your therapist, I am fully committed to creating a secure and nurturing space where you can embark on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning that I incorporate various therapeutic modalities into my practice. These include person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and compassion-based therapy. By utilising a combination of these approaches, I can adjust my methods to suit your unique needs and circumstances.
I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship between us. I believe that a strong and trusting connection is vital for the healing process to take place. Together, we will work collaboratively to explore your concerns, gain insight into underlying patterns, and develop effective strategies for positive change.
If you are seeking a compassionate and supportive therapist who will guide you through your personal journey, I am here to assist you. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and help you achieve a greater sense of clarity and fulfillment.
