About me
I work in an open and flexible way with each and every client, allowing our therapeutic work to develop over time. Whatever is bringing you to therapy at this point in your life is the starting point for our work together. I work with a number of different approaches, but mainly I draw on existential ways of exploring experiences in order to help make sense of them, whilst also looking at how events impact us physically. It can also be useful to explore family histories, as issues that may concern you today may have some basis in previous generations. In all cases our work together will look at the past, but also the present, as well as the future you would like to be living. I am regulated by the UK Council for Psychotherapy UKCP and follow their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
