*IN-PERSON, ONLINE and TELEPHONE THERAPY* *SPANISH, PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH* Counselling & Psychotherapy (MSc level). Registered member of BACP and NCPS. Working with adults and young people (16+) from various nationalities and cultures in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Counselling face-to-face in Brighton and Hove, as well as online (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp). Working integratively and holistically, grounded in the humanistic approach which focus on the human potential for creativity, love, growth, fulfillment and psychological health. Focussing on clients' whole experience, considering the processes of thinking, feeling and behaviour equally important. Aiming to help clients to gain greater insights about themselves, their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, past and present relationships and life experiences. Commitment to help them making sense of their circumstances, identifying choices for change and supporting them during the process of change. Parallel to private practice Isabel works for Mankind Counselling (Brighton), Cruse Bereavement (Cruse accredited) and have also worked for YMCA Dialogue (children and young people), As You Are Centre and BHT Threshold.
