About Me

I am a qualified Psychosynthesis therapist and I provide a safe space where you can begin to understand and find ways to cope with your life difficulties, explore your deeper self and invite more self-compassion, acceptance and kindness into your life.

The awareness that you develop can help you understand yourself better, allowing you to make more conscious choices. This in turn can lead to discovering your potential, where your true power lies, and what is your emerging purpose and meaning.

I believe each of us holds our innate wisdom within... Yet, we sometimes need someone else, provided by the therapeutic relationship - to compassionately help us see things more clearly; to deeply listen to us and sometimes challenge us; help us develop trust in our own intuition, intelligence, feelings and choices - leading to more acceptance of ourselves while facing life more maturely and realistically.

I work from a small therapy practice called E8 Therapy, located in the heart of Dalston, a short walking distance from Dalston Junction. I also offer online and telephone sessions.
