About me
I'm an integrative counsellor, which means I tailor therapy to your individual needs in a warm, non-judgemental space. I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, and relational approaches, and with my background in music and performing arts, I can bring creative methods into our work if that feels right for you. Therapy is collaborative—you bring your expertise on your own life, and together we explore what matters to you at a pace that feels comfortable. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, bereavement, trauma, self-esteem issues and identity exploration. My practice is fully inclusive and LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirmative. I work as a counsellor at London Friend, an LGBT+ charity, and am one of the founders of Queer Spaces, an art+therapy collective. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can see if we're a good fit. Sessions are 50 minutes, available in-person near London Bridge or online. I'm a registered member of the BACP with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Westminster. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper personal growth, I'm here to support you.
