I promise to always treat you in a compassionate, empathic and supportive way whilst still challenging you where necessary to help you find a way forward in life.  All our work is confidential and I promise never to judge you, your life, your choices or your experiences. We begin with an initial consultation where I can find out more about the issues you're struggling with, explore how they are impacting your life and what you're looking for from our work together.  We'll also begin looking at your past so I can get more of an understanding of what's led you to this point in your life.  After the consultation, if you feel happy to continue working with me, we'll book you in for regular ongoing sessions.
