About me

Throughout our lives we encounter a range of challenges and experiences that can leave us feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, isolated, or without meaning. My aim is to build a space of trust where you can feel confident in bringing out the parts of yourself that you may have had difficulty sharing before. When starting on a therapeutic journey the process can feel daunting. You may come to therapy with a certain issue you want to explore, or you may feel your life will be richer with greater understanding. Whatever brings you to therapy, my aim will always be to help you bring about positive, lasting change to your life.   Relationships can bring great joy and growth to our lives, but there are times when relationships can become a source of pain and frustration. By taking time to listen to our partners and to feel listened to, we can start the process of unpicking the unhelpful patterns we can find ourselves in. People do not enter relationships in isolation from past experiences, so being able to explore each person’s relational template can give the understanding and insight into how to heal and move forward.    As a Psychosexual Psychotherapist, I specialise in offering a safe and non-judgemental space for individuals and couples to address concerns related to sexuality and intimate relationships. My focus is on fostering open communication and trust, enabling clients to explore and express their sexual concerns. Through targeted interventions, I assist individuals in overcoming sexual dysfunctions, such as erectile dysfunction or low libido, by identifying underlying psychological, biological and social factors. I am dedicated to addressing relationship issues rooted in sexual dissatisfaction, promoting a deeper understanding between partners and enhancing overall relationship satisfaction. My approach aims to empower individuals to embrace their sexual identities, promoting a healthy and positive view of sexuality that contributes to improved self-esteem and confidence. In my practice, I believe psychosexual therapy plays a vital role in promoting sexual well-being, enhancing intimate relationships, and contributing to the overall mental and emotional health of my clients.   I offer a free 30-min initial session to be able to speak about the things which have brought you to seek therapy and to explore working together.   I look forward to speaking with you
