About me
I am an Adult and Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working in private practice in Harley Street, London and in Brentwood, Essex. I have also worked within the NHS as a psychotherapist offering time limited therapy. Time limited therapy addresses a specific issue that is affecting you using a 12 session model. I offer both time limited and long term therapy in private practice. My extensive experience in both areas has allowed me to work with a wide range of issues, including, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, relationship issues, self harm and addictions to name a few. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page for further information regarding adolescent work. Psychodynamic psychotherapy aims to assist you in changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours in your life. As well as discussing your current life we will also explore some of your earlier experiences as at times, these may affect you later on in life. Psychotherapy is a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where we will work together to explore and address whatever is bothering you.
