Perhaps you're struggling with low self-esteem and wondering about who you are and how you fit in. You might just feel at a loss and need someone to listen. I can offer you a calm, empathic, confidential space to voice and understand your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Training and qualifications
I can help with many different challenges, but I have specific training and experience working with trauma, rape and sexual abuse. I also have worked with with anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, shame, low self-esteem and identity issues.
I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I also undertake regular professional development and supervision.
