About Me

Do you feel like your life is lacking direction or purpose? Sometimes these feelings arise from a life-changing event, sometimes we don’t know or understand why we feel like this.

Whatever the cause, I can help you to identify where you are now and where you want to be. I will work with you to take positive steps forward. I use coaching techniques that help empower you; help you to find your purpose; maximise your potential and deal with change. I have had my own experience with a life-threatening illness and understand that sometimes life does not go the way we planned. Therapy can help you to feel more in control of your life.

I specialise in outdoor therapy. Outdoor therapy is a great way to blend psychological strategies with the benefits of nature. Many clients say they find it easier to discuss difficult subjects in the outdoors. I use a range of evidence-based psychological therapies to offer a tailored service to meet your individual needs.
Choosing a therapist can be overwhelming and it is important that you find the right one for you. I offer a short free telephone session so that we can discuss your issues and find out if the services I offer are right for you. There is never any pressure in to book. If you would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
