About me
I am a BACP registered psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor. I have NHS experience but currently work in private practice online. For over a decade my work with individuals and couples has covered relationships, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and sexual abuse. I also specialise in helping those in the public eye make sense of how they present publicly and privately, so important in the age of social media and AI. My background working at board level in the arts, design and national media gives me an insight into the inherent pressures of stressful and demanding professional environments. My consulting room is a space where clients can bring uncomfortable and distressing issues in the knowledge that they will be considered without judgement and in total confidence. I work with couples and individuals and see clients once or twice weekly. I offer both long-term and short-term work and will discuss with the client what might best suit their needs. I will endeavour to answer enquiries within 24 hours. All communication is confidential.
