About me
Integrative Psychotherapist We all face challenges and experience suffering in life. Sometimes, it’s hard to understand why, to make sense of it, to change it, or to see beyond it. My intention is make your therapy experience as simple and effective as possible. With over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I bring sensitivity, warmth, and deep respect for your unique journey, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and navigate life’s difficulties with greater ease. I hold two master’s degrees in psychotherapy and have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) to Level 3. My work is rooted in an integrative, evidence-based approach, blending neurobiology, attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, I offer tailored support to help you find clarity, relief, and new ways of moving forward. Issues I Work With: Anxiety, depression, and stress Relationship and family difficulties Addictions Major life transitions Self-esteem, loneliness, and identity struggles Trauma Eating disorders and body dysmorphia My Approach I believe therapy should be collaborative and flexible, adapting to what works best for you. Together, we might explore: Psycho-education – Understanding your symptoms and how to manage them Practical strategies – Tools to navigate daily life and regulate emotions Mindfulness and body-based approaches – Working with trauma stored in the nervous system Creative exploration – Using metaphor, imagination, and expressive techniques Clarifying patterns – Using visual tools and diagrams to make sense of your experiences I have worked across a range of settings, including the NHS, private practice, community mental health, adult psychiatry, and palliative care, as well as in schools. My specialist experience in eating disorders comes from working in an NHS inpatient unit, a private outpatient clinic, and private practice. Above all, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d love to hear from you. I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I offer a free initial meeting to help us determine if we’re a good fit. If you’re seeking support, I invite you to reach out.
