About me

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, providing face to face sessions from my rooms at Purley CR8 and Bethnal Green. I undertook a 4-year postgraduate clinical training at WPF Therapy, qualifying in 2015. I work with people facing a broad range of emotional difficulties in their working and personal lives and who want to better understand themselves and others. I have also provided psychotherapy in NHS units, including working with women survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and counselling for a bereavement charity. I offer in-person, once-weekly sessions, where we would work collaboratively to understand your difficulties. Sessions are available for as long as they are useful, and the ending is kept under review on an ongoing basis. The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, and for you to find out how I work and ask me any questions. We will think about whether therapy could be of benefit to you, and if we could work together.
