Our sessions will be a safe confidential and non judgemental space, where you can talk openly, be heard and not judged. Together we will explore your experiences and work towards positive change. I offer a free introductory 20 to 30 minute telephone call, to establish what you are looking for from therapy and whether we are compatible to work together.
