If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, burnt out or emotionally exhausted, you are not alone. Many people who appear to be coping well on the outside are often carrying significant pressure internally—whether through demanding work environments, life transitions, relationship pressures, or the challenge of constantly trying to “keep everything together.” With over 20 years of experience in senior international HR and people leadership roles, I have spent much of my career supporting individuals through pressure, change, workplace stress, confidence challenges, and personal transitions. Alongside my corporate career, I now run an independent hypnotherapy and wellbeing practice focused on emotional wellbeing, stress reduction, and personal growth. Stress rarely stays contained to one area of life. I have experienced myself the pressures of work that can often affect home life, relationships, sleep, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and the ability to properly switch off and relax. You may find yourself overthinking, juggling a hundred different things, feeling mentally drained, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to find calm and balance. My approach offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin reconnecting with yourself again. Using a combination of hypnotherapy, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and nervous system awareness, sessions are tailored to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more emotionally resilient. Together, we work gently and collaboratively to help reduce overwhelm, quiet the inner critic, build confidence, and create positive and lasting change at both a conscious and subconscious level and this work can be particularly supportive for individuals experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overload, or difficulty balancing the demands of professional and personal life.
