About me
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly questioning how things have become so heavy—whether that’s at work, at home, or within yourself. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you. My approach is relational and grounded in curiosity. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will gently challenge, support, and walk alongside you as we explore your experiences together. I believe that being truly heard—without judgement—can be a powerful starting point for change. I work with many professional women, including those who identify as neurodiverse (ADHD, autism), who may be navigating burnout, workplace stress, identity, or late diagnosis. Together, we might explore boundaries, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, or the impact of past experiences on how you show up today. Alongside talking therapy, I also offer space for reflection through approaches like walk-and-talk sessions, where being outdoors can help create perspective and movement—both physically and emotionally. Some clients come with a clear goal; others just know something needs to shift. Wherever you are starting from, we will work at your pace, building understanding, resilience, and a way forward that feels right for you. Areas I commonly support: Burnout & workplace stress Boundaries & people-pleasing Neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, late diagnosis) Anxiety & overwhelm Life transitions & identity Relationships (work, family, self) Confidence & self-worth
