About me

I’m Dr Kaitlyn Hillier (CPsychol, RP), a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Psychotherapist offering a fully virtual, cross‑border practice serving adults in both the UK and Canada. I expanded my established Canadian practice to include the UK, allowing me to work with clients across regions while maintaining a virtual‑only model. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, with a strong focus on relational patterns, emotional depth, and personal meaning. I bring an anti‑oppressive, queer‑feminist lens to my practice and have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as those exploring sexuality, intimacy, kink‑allied or poly‑friendly relationships, and alternative sexual lifestyles. I have completed specialty training in sex therapy and also work with dreams, symbolism, and depth psychologies. I aim to create a space where you can explore who you are without judgement or pressure to conform. My approach is collaborative, reflective, and centred on empowerment, individuality, and personal growth. I offer sessions Monday–Friday via secure online video or telephone. A free 15‑minute introductory call is available for new clients.
