About me
Many people come to therapy because they sense something is no longer working in the way it once did. Some feel overwhelmed by relationships, family dynamics or patterns that seem difficult to shift. Others are living with the weight of earlier experiences, grief, loss or a growing sense of disconnection from themselves or others. Many of my clients appear to cope outwardly while carrying a great deal internally. I offer a thoughtful and steady space where we can explore these experiences together with care, curiosity and compassion. Over the past decade, working closely with families and complex relational systems, I developed a deep interest in how people adapt within difficult relationships — and how those patterns can continue shaping the way we feel and relate long after they were first formed. This ultimately led me toward psychotherapy and a deeper interest in how emotional experiences are carried within relationships, the body and our sense of self. My approach is integrative, meaning therapy is adapted to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, identity and self-esteem, life transitions, family dynamics or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. You do not need to have everything figured out before you get in touch. A first conversation is simply an opportunity to see whether this feels like the right fit — there is no obligation beyond that.
