About me
Do you feel overwhelmed by the pressures of day‑to‑day life? Perhaps you’re living with stress, anxiety, or low mood that feels difficult to manage. Maybe you feel unheard or misunderstood, or find yourself hiding parts of who you are just to get through the day. You might also notice that past experiences continue to shape how you think, feel, and respond in the present. If any of this feels familiar, you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I offer a calm, steady, and non‑judgemental space where you can speak openly about whatever is troubling you. Whether you want to explore your emotions, make sense of your experiences, or simply have somewhere you can breathe and be fully yourself, you’ll be met with empathy, respect, and genuine care. My approach is person‑centred, grounded in the belief that you already hold the insight and inner wisdom needed to move forward. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you tune into your own voice, deepen your self‑understanding, and discover what feels right for you at your own pace. To help you get a sense of whether I’m the right person for you, I offer a free 20‑minute initial consultation by phone or online chat. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue with sessions after that, it is just an opportunity to see how it feels to talk together.
