About me
I am a BACP-registered therapist based in London, offering therapy for individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, emotional pain, and periods of significant life change. Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together for others while quietly struggling themselves. On the outside, they may appear capable, high-functioning, and resilient. On the inside, they may feel overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they no longer understand. Therapy offers a space to pause, untangle what is happening beneath the surface, and begin moving towards change with greater clarity and self-trust. My style is warm, engaged, and deeply respectful. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, understood enough to go deeper, and supported enough to make lasting changes. I do not believe in reducing people to labels. Instead, I work with care and curiosity to understand your experiences, your emotional world, and the wider context of your life. I work integratively, drawing from CBT, DBT, SFBT, person-centred therapy, psychodynamic thinking, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This means our work will be tailored to you, your pace, and what you most need from therapy. Some clients come wanting practical support with anxiety, boundaries, confidence, or decision-making. Others come carrying grief, relational wounds, burnout, trauma, or a sense that they have lost touch with themselves. Often, it is both. I hold an MSc in Psychology and bring over seven years of therapeutic experience, alongside more than a decade of experience in organisational and leadership settings. This gives me a strong understanding of the emotional pressures that can come with modern professional life, caregiving, ambition, identity, and responsibility. I offer therapy in a way that is compassionate, thoughtful, and purposeful. Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, I will meet you with warmth, insight, and a genuine commitment to helping you move towards a steadier and more fulfilling way of living.

Training and qualifications
I hold an MSc in Psychology (UK), and I am a BACP-registered counsellor; I completed my qualifications in Singapore. I work around a blend of modalities such as CBT, DBT, SFBT and person-centred therapy. My experience includes: 1) Counselling practice supporting individuals through emotional and life challenges 2) Clinical experience gained through training placements and professional counselling work 3) Work with UK and international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds 4) Experience supporting families and individuals during periods of crisis and uncertainty Alongside my counselling work, I have spent 10+ years working within organisational and leadership environments, which gives me a deeper understanding of the pressures professionals often face in modern life. This combination allows me to support clients with both emotional wellbeing and practical life challenges, particularly those navigating stress, responsibility, and complex life transitions.
