About me

I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or struggling to make sense of their emotions. My approach is warm, supportive and collaborative, and I aim to create a non judgemental space where you can talk openly. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, so I place great importance on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the offset. I specialise in grief and bereavement, supporting clients through loss, anticipatory grief and the complex emotions that follow. Alongside this, I have experience working with anxiety, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, life transitions and feelings of low mood or disconnection. I work sensitively and tailor each session to your individual needs, because I believe there is no "one size fits all" in therapy. My aim is to work alongside you to explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding and help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience and emotional balance.

Training and qualifications

I am a qualified bereavement counsellor with specialist experience supporting people through grief and loss. My professional background includes working within the hospice sector, where I support those struggling with their grief. I have also completed specialist training with SANDS equipping me to sensitively support families affected by pregnancy loss, stillbirth and neonatal death. My training has given me a strong foundation in compassionate, traum-informed practice, and I am committed to providing a safe, understanding space for clients to process loss at their own space.
