About me
Before training as a psychotherapist, I lived and worked in senior positions in Europe and the Middle East, experiences that have shaped the perspective I bring to my practice. My years in the corporate world have given me insight into how cultural, societal, and professional pressures can impact one’s sense of self. I worked as an Honorary Counsellor in the NHS, specifically with the Community Living Well service under the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. This role provided me with valuable experience in delivering psychological therapies to a diverse client base, further enriching my practice. Volunteering has been an important part of my journey, from offering support to blind and partially sighted Londoners with the charity BlindAid to helping out in the refugee camps of Lesbos, during the European refugee crisis. These experiences quietly inform the perspective I bring to therapy.
