Struggling to get out of bed, overthinking and worrying all the time or feel like you no longer have control over your life. Whether it's something you have been experiencing for a long period of time or something that has just come out of the blue for you. Whatever you may be facing, as a fully accredited CBT Therapist I am here to listen, support and help equip you with the tools and techniques needed to make positive and healthy changes. Your safe space and emotional wellbeing is my priority and therefore I strive to support you to bring balance, confidence, clarity and inner peace to promote healthy and lasting change. It can sometimes feel very daunting to open up or you might feel that its not very masculine to express you're feelings and emotions. But I am here to help you feel accepted, regain your inner voice and listen to things that not everyone wants to hear. But your mental wellbeing is my priority hence I am here to listen, support and validate your feelings. Feeling respected, valued, secure, heard and understood is vital. So whether your battling within the vicious cycle your caught up in, need to reconnect with yourself and others, cannot manage everyday struggles or are holding onto painful events - please get in touch and allow me to help support and empower you. Fee structure
All Assessments sessions are charged at £85 but all treatment sessions following the assessment will be charged at £72. Please note there will be a minimum of 2 assessment sessions dependent on the nature of the presenting problem.
