About me

Many adults with ADHD come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. You may have spent years trying to push yourself to cope, without really understanding why certain things feel harder than they seem for others. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgemental. I work pluralistically, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you, rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Alongside counselling, I also offer ADHD-informed coaching support for those who want to explore practical strategies alongside emotional understanding. I have a particular interest in working with adults with ADHD, including those who are newly diagnosed or beginning to explore the possibility of ADHD. I work with many clients who recognise their ADHD traits later in life and are unpicking years of self-doubt or misunderstanding. My aim is to help you make sense of your emotional and behavioural patterns, build self-compassion, and feel more grounded and confident in yourself. I began my counselling work within a GP surgery, supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. I now work online with clients across the UK, offering a calm and thoughtful space to explore what is going on for you, at your own pace.
