About me

I offer specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to young people and adults age 16 and above. I work with a wide range of difficulties including general anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, health anxiety, social anxiety, panic, phobias and OCD. I also have particular experience and a genuine passion for supporting people with long term physical health conditions, emotional eating and low self-esteem difficulties. CBT is a short-term therapy, as it focuses on learning a skill set rather than open-ended exploration. A typical course is around 12 sessions, although this can vary depending on individual needs. Therapy is reviewed regularly (every 6 sessions) to reflect on progress, revisit goals, and decide together whether further sessions would be helpful. Sessions are offered online using a secure video platform, which allows you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Please contact me to arrange a free 15-minute telephone consultation to see if you would like to work together.
