About me

People often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, fragmented, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense — particularly following trauma, relational harm, or long periods of emotional strain. My approach is relational, paced and collaborative. I offer a steady, safe space to make sense of what’s happening for you, without rushing or forcing change. I work integratively, drawing on person-centred therapy, IFS-informed parts work, DBT-informed approaches to emotion regulation, and somatic (body-aware) practices. Sessions may be exploratory and reflective, or more grounding and skills-focused, depending on what you need. I have particular experience supporting clients with trauma and PTSD, childhood adversity and attachment difficulties, dissociation, emotional dysregulation, addiction, and difficulties with boundaries, self-worth and identity. Alongside clinical work, I’m completing doctoral research into trauma-informed therapy in online settings. If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch with questions to see if I’m a good fit.
