About me
I offer a steady, confidential space where you can slow down, be with what arises, and begin to make sense of experiences that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or hard to name. My work is relational and embodied, grounded in the belief that therapy is not only about resolving difficulties but about deepening your relationship with yourself. People often come to me when something in their life or relationships feels stuck, painful, or unclear — or when they sense that something inside them is asking for attention. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear story. We can explore together at your pace. My approach is integrative, drawing on relational, psychodynamic, humanistic and embodied perspectives. This means I pay close attention to what unfolds between us, to the emotions and sensations that arise, and to the deeper patterns that shape how you move through the world. Therapy with me is collaborative and attuned. We follow what feels alive and meaningful, allowing new awareness — and new possibilities — to emerge. On my website’s Reflections page, there’s a short piece that offers a sense of how I understand change. Clients come to me with a wide range of experiences, including: - anxiety or persistent worry - feeling overwhelmed or stuck - relationship difficulties - low self‑esteem or self‑criticism - loneliness or disconnection - grief and loss - stress or burnout - trauma, including relational or developmental trauma - a sense of “not feeling like myself” - wanting to understand themselves more deeply You don’t need to have a diagnosis or a clear problem. Curiosity about yourself is enough. Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and can be short‑term or open‑ended depending on what you need. If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial session or a brief introductory call. This is a chance for us to meet, explore what brings you to therapy, and see whether it feels like a good fit.
