About me

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy to adult individuals in London Bridge, Esher and Wimbledon, both in person and online. I support people coping with a range of concerns and struggles, including difficulties in connecting and relating to others, experiences of loss, parenting, anxiety and depression. Recognising that personal challenges are experienced uniquely by each of us, I provide a confidential space for you to bring whatever is on your mind and whatever emotions you may be navigating. There is no right or wrong personal issue to bring to therapy, it is not always clear why we feel the way we do, or why we keep repeating patterns of relating to others that leave us frustrated, or lonely or confused.
