About me
Are you suffering from anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues or trauma? I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space in which mental health difficulties can be explored together. Psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling can help you reflect and understand what is going on. We will think about how your relationships and experiences in the past connect with and shape how you feel and how you relate to others in the present. This may provide relief, new perspectives and a more fulfilling life. I am a qualified and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), working in private practice. I work with individuals on a range of issues including relationship problems, post-traumatic difficulties, anxiety and depression. I completed my psychotherapy training at the Tavistock Centre, the internationally renowned centre for excellence in psychotherapy, and within the NHS. If you feel this is something you would like to know more about, please get in touch. I work from consulting rooms in Richmond and Chiswick, London and online via Zoom.
