About me
I work psychodynamically, offering a thoughtful and containing space where you can explore emotional difficulties at your own pace. I am particularly interested in how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns can shape how we feel, relate to others, and experience ourselves in the present. People often come to me struggling with anxiety, low mood, difficult memories, relationship concerns, identity issues, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. You may notice recurring patterns in your relationships or emotional responses that feel hard to understand or change. Psychodynamic therapy provides space to gently explore these experiences, helping to make sense of feelings that may feel confusing or overwhelming. I work collaboratively and with curiosity, paying close attention to what emerges both in your life and within the therapeutic relationship itself. Over time, this can support greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and the possibility of relating to yourself and others in new ways. I offer weekly online therapy and welcome clients seeking longer-term work, as well as those who are new to therapy and unsure where to begin.
