About me

Hi, I’m Camila. I’m a relational psychotherapist based in Edinburgh, offering sessions in person and online in English and Spanish. I work with people who often feel emotionally disconnected, chronically exhausted, or stuck in patterns like overthinking and people-pleasing. My approach is integrative, with person-centred and psychodynamic influences, and I believe meaningful therapy grows through the relationship we build together. I offer a calm, grounded and compassionate space where you can slow down, feel more connected to yourself, and begin to make sense of your experiences and pain.
