About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially if you’re living with anxiety, overthinking, low mood, or adjusting to big life changes. You might be navigating menopause, questioning your relationships, or coming to terms with a diagnosis of autism or ADHD. Perhaps you simply feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of your purpose. I’m a qualified, NCPS accredited counsellor. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or pretend you’re okay. My approach is calm, compassionate, and conversational. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on for you at your own pace, with no pressure or judgement. I offer gentle challenge too, encouraging self-reflection while always respecting your autonomy. Many clients find that over time they gain self-awareness, untangle a busy mind, and notice patterns and triggers more clearly. Therapy can bring relief, a stronger sense of self, and decisions that align with your values.
