About me

My core training is in Gestalt therapy, a creative, relational, and holistic approach that invites you to explore your experience in the present moment. Depending on your needs, I may bring in mindfulness, somatic or creative experiments, or other integrative techniques to support your awareness and growth. Many of the people I work with feel overstimulated, burnt out, or overwhelmed by emotions that arrive too quickly or too intensely. You may be exploring ADHD , autism, AuDHD—diagnosed, self-identified, or still wondering—and feeling the strain of masking or trying to adapt to environments that weren’t built with you in mind. For some, this sits alongside complex questions of cultural identity and belonging: moving between different worlds, feeling misunderstood, or carrying expectations that don’t match your lived experience. I work with a wide range of clients and have a particular interest in neurodiversity, being neurodivergent myself. I support people with ADHD, autism, and the emotional impact of late diagnosis, as well as those navigating trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, burnout, and relationship or workplace challenges. As a person of mixed heritage, I hold a special interest in how identity, belonging, and intersectionality shape your sense of self. I trust my instinct and encourage you to trust yours. I believe real change happens through honesty, connection, and care, and that’s what I aim to offer in our work together. Here, you don’t have to manage any of this alone. Whatever your starting point, we can slow things down, make space for what’s present, and work at a pace that supports you. Together, we’ll create room for the parts of you that have felt hidden or muted, so you can live more fully as your authentic self.
