About me
I practice Core Process Psychotherapy which is a mindful and contemplative approach to psychotherapy, combining Eastern philosophy and Western psychology. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions or other challenges, we can work together to cultivate awareness and gain insight into the difficulties you are facing and your responses to them. Insight can facilitate change. When we are stuck in the past it robs us of the richness of the present moment and limits who we can be. I offer a safe, warm, confidential space where together we can move towards self discovery and healing and explore the issues that are preventing you from living a more free and fulfilling life.
