About me

Together we can find a way that works for you; whether creative, walking and talking, online or a combination of these approaches. We can have a 15 minute, free chat, with no commitment to book a session, but a chance to find out some more. At Bloom & Grow, I offer in person and online counselling and psychotherapy for both young people (aged 11+) and adults, providing a safe, non-judgemental space to explore whatever is on your mind. I have extensive experience supporting people with anxiety & panic attacks, Depression, low self-esteem, OCD, anger issues, self-harm, relationship issues, Trauma and more. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unsure of who you are, I can offer a space to reflect and find a way forward. I have a particular interest and experience working with teenagers and young adults, drawing on over ten years of experience. Supporting young people in residential settings, and those who are looked after. I have offered Counselling in 2 local schools and worked with 2 young person mental health charities, currently Don't Lose Hope in Bourne. I understand how challenging the younger years can be and offer a supportive space to talk about family, friendships, identity and the pressures of school, relationships and social media. My approach is creative and flexible, incorporating art, music, and play where it may help you express yourself, and build coping strategies to support yourself outside of the therapy. We can sit on chairs facing each other, at a table, or on a cushion on the floor! The important thing is for you to feel comfortable and able to talk.
