About me
My approach is rooted in psychosynthesis — a gentle yet powerful modality that supports personal growth and self-awareness. By bringing all aspects of your life into consciousness, this approach helps deepen your understanding of yourself and fosters meaningful, lasting change. We are each shaped by a unique blend of experiences, patterns, and inner motivations. Psychosynthesis offers a holistic way of understanding these influences, looking beyond surface symptoms to recognise the whole person. In our work together, we’ll explore the forces that have shaped your life and gently bring unconscious patterns into awareness, enabling you to make choices that lead toward a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling way of being. I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels most important at your own pace. My role is to support and accompany you through your challenges, helping you connect more fully with who you truly are. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including: Anxiety and depression Addiction and self-harm Disordered Eating Family and relationship difficulties Bereavement and loss Life goals and personal development Work-related stress and self-esteem
