About me

Hi, I’m Zen! I’m a BACP-registered, integrative psychotherapist based in the East Midlands. I have experience with a diverse range of clients, including those who’ve experienced trauma and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve also worked with neurodivergent individuals, bringing personal experience to my practice. The benefit of an integrative psychotherapeutic approach is that the therapist can tailor the therapy to each client's individual needs. I don’t believe in 'one size fits all,’ and instead use the multiple methods I'm trained in to work together with you and figure out what works best for us on this journey. As someone who has been in therapy myself, I understand how overwhelming the process of picking a therapist can be. For that reason, I offer an initial, free 15-minute session to explore your presenting issues and determine whether we’d be a good fit.
