About me

I'm an accredited psychotherapist passionate about helping people fulfill their potential. I qualified as a CBT Therapist in 2009 and since then I have adapted my practice to be more integrative, meaning I draw on various theoretical approaches depending on the needs of each individual. I have worked with people on a wide variety of issues including anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, OCD & phobias (specialising in tokophobia, fear of pregnancy & childbirth). I provide both individual and couples therapy. I am also a clinical supervisor to other therapists, both fully qualified and trainees.
