About me
Hi, I’m Hannah, a qualified integrative counsellor offering a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. My approach is grounded in person-centred values, meaning I believe the relationship between us is at the heart of the work we do together. I’ll meet you with warmth, empathy and curiosity, helping you explore what’s happening beneath the surface and make sense of your feelings at your own pace. I draw on psychodynamic theory to gently explore how your past experiences and relationships might be shaping your present, while also working in the here and now to help you build self-awareness, confidence and resilience. My style is open, relational and attuned. I’m not here to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you find your own way forward. Before qualifying as a counsellor, I worked within the NHS supporting people in mental health crisis, which gave me valuable experience in holding space for individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. This background has deepened my ability to stay calm, compassionate and grounded, even when things feel overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating relationship issues, low mood, anxiety or self-esteem challenges, or just need somewhere to talk without judgement. I offer a safe, collaborative space to help you reconnect with yourself and what you truly need.

Training and qualifications
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, where I trained in an integrative approach with a person-centred foundation, drawing on psychodynamic and relational theories. Alongside this, I completed a Foundation Year in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with AGIP (Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy), which deepened my understanding of unconscious processes, early relational patterns, and the therapeutic relationship. Together, these qualifications have equipped me with a strong theoretical grounding and practical experience to work empathically and reflectively with clients, supporting them through a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
