About me
I’m a BACP-Accredited and UKCP-trained psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting adults through life’s challenges and transitions. I work integratively, drawing on Transpersonal, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, patterns, and relationships at their own pace. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief, or relationship difficulties, my aim is to help you reconnect with your inner resources and sense of self-worth. Alongside my private practice, I have over 20 years of experience working within education leadership and student wellbeing. This gives me deep insight into the pressures faced by educators, young adults, and those navigating demanding professional environments. I also have specialist experience working with women affected by domestic abuse, supporting recovery, empowerment, and emotional safety. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients through EAP providers and online therapy platforms, offering online, telephone, text-based, and face-to-face sessions. I’m currently completing supervision training to further enhance my practice and support other therapists. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a belief in each person’s capacity for healing and growth.

My training spans Transpersonal, Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic modalities, enabling me to respond flexibly to each client’s needs and way of working. I hold a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling, with additional specialist training in Trauma-Informed Practice and Online and Telephone Counselling, ensuring ethical and attuned support across both in-person and remote settings. I also have extensive experience providing therapy within Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and online platforms, supporting clients from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. Currently, I’m completing Supervision Training with Headstrong Counselling Academy to broaden my work and contribute to the development of other therapists. My practice is grounded in reflective, ethical, and compassionate principles that honour the whole person.
