About me

Empathy, respect, and collaboration form the foundation of my practice. I see you as the expert in your own life and aim to support you in harnessing your strengths and developing effective coping strategies, providing a warm and understanding space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. In our sessions, I will invite you to pause, explore and gain perspective on your challenges, allowing space to process them more objectively. Together, we wil explore how your body, mind, and emotions interact, building a deeper understanding of their connection. This journey involves learning to understand and navigate your feelings and anxieties with compassion. Reflect on your lived experiences—your workplace, home life, family dynamics, and how you engage with the world and those around you. We'll explore how unmet needs, anxieties, and fears might be holding you back and look at alternative ways of relating to yourself and others around you. This work will be done collaboratively and inclusively. This journey of self-discovery isn't an easy one, but you will always feel witnessed and supported.  My integrative approach means I tailor therapy sessions to your unique needs, incorporating techniques from Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural therapies. This versatility ensures that the support you receive is customized and evolves as we work together to address your specific situation. I have training and experience in working with Neurodiversity and ADHD.
