About me
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor dedicated to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. My approach is grounded in the belief that each individual has an innate capacity for growth and self-understanding when offered genuine empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. By working collaboratively, I aim to support clients in gaining greater self-awareness, developing self-acceptance, and making meaningful changes that align with their values and needs.
