About me

My approach is philosophically-informed but also human and practical. Change can be scary, but it can also be creative and life‑affirming. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll check in regularly so you feel safe, supported, and in control. The way I work is: Relational and down to earth: I prioritise honest, respectful dialogue and the relationship we build. Integrative: Alongside existential–phenomenological therapy, I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, Gestalt, and CBT ideas when helpful. Body-aware: I’m interested in the wisdom of the body - posture, breath, rhythm, and sensation - as invitations to deeper understanding, always guided by your preferences. Inclusive and thoughtful: I’m attentive to how culture, identity, and expectations shape what feels possible. Feeling “out of line” with norms isn’t a pathology; it can be a meaningful signal. Collaborative focus: Rather than rushing to fix, we’ll explore what’s emerging - feelings, thoughts, and bodily cues- so you can meet yourself with more clarity and authenticity.
